9fb3703827 Update pfSense tab to get IP from Result Match 
added %IP% for pfSense result match to properly catch the cached IP address. Without pfSense reports 0.0.0.0 in the webgui.

f987fae7e0 fixes #246, #249, #253. except DnsUpdateError and use random IP in check_domain(). 
The delete() was removed because after an add() the nameserver need time to process the nsupdate query. This leads to an NXDOMAIN response on current ip check in delete() thus the delete() call fails.

893ef1ae00 do not use html registration emails 
we override the text email template, but not the html email template.

the django-registration-redux docs say that one should switch off
html email in the config in that case.

1b3db1e124 use www.BASEDOMAIN for WWW_HOST, prepare for #224 
we must not work without www. because if we get the basedomain on publicsuffix.org list,
the browser will not set cookies any more for that. if we use a host below, it will work normally.

0f2e0235cb "faults" management command: use atomic transaction PER HOST 
This was an atomic transaction per ALL hosts (IIRC introduced in the hope of better speed).
But a frequently occurring problem was that it processed SOME hosts, then ran into a
database locked error and then it rolled back all the changes and aborted processing for all hosts.

This led to the strange behaviour that users got emails about abuse flag being set, but it wasn't set.
And also other stuff behaved wrong, like fault counters.

Now, the atomic transaction is per host, so a host is either processed completely and correctly or rolled back.
If an exception happens, the roll back occurs, the traceback is logged and we just continue with next host.
